Can I try the platform before subscribing?
Yes, we offer a 14-Day Free Trial that allows you to explore our platform and its full range of features.
What happens if I exceed the monthly visitor limits included in my subscription?
If you exceed your monthly visitors, you will receive an email from us, asking you to upgrade to another subscription plan. Your live Interactive Content will continue to function as normal, and you will still be able to access your account and all your data will still be available to you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any point in time before your next period starts by stopping the automatic renewal. Then, at the end of your current subscription, all your projects will automatically go offline. However, they will still be available on your account.

Is Dot.vu an agency?
No, Dot.vu is not an agency. We are an easy-to-use and flexible Interactive Content platform that empowers marketers and other professionals to create Interactive Experiences by themselves without writing a single line of code.
